Sale-a-Bration Stamp Set in Card Kit

Image
This is another variation of a card in the February card kit. I used the Happy Moments stamp set from the Sale-a-bration mini catalog (119125 or 118664, free with $50 purchase) and Itty Bitty Backgrounds (114996, $14.95). After stamping the dots around the edges of the water color paper, I took my wet Aqua Painter and, picking up the ink from stamping, "painted" the "mat" around the focal image. Look closely and you can see the flowers and "happy birthday" stamped between the certainly celery strip and the layered image. Card stock and classic ink pads used for this card are Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink, Basic Gray, and Certainly Celery as well as Watercolor Paper. The torn edges add texture. Stampin' Dimensionals (104430, $3.95) add depth to the focal point. The final embellishment is the addition of a button fastened with a glue dot after threading and tying with linen thread.

Spring Song

The above card is a variation of the cards you would make if you purchased the February card kit. Obviously, I used different stamp sets--Spring Song (115074, $15.95) and En Francais (109521, $17.95). Although the cards in the kit are designed with specific stamp sets in mind, with a little imagination, you can use stamp sets you already have and vary the kits any way you wish. The idea, however, is to let you stamp a dozen cards in very little time by following the directions provided. Other supplies needed to reproduce this card are Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery and Bashful Blue card stock and inks,Watercolor Paper (105019, $6.95), Aqua Painters (103954, $16.95), Sherbet Designer Buttons (116312, $7.95), Bashful Blue Taffeta Ribbon (109066, $6.95 for 10 yards), and Linen Thread (104199, $4.50 for 15 yards). Ordering the kit would supply you with all the pre-cut cardstock plus the ribbon and thread. You provide (or order) the stamps, inks, Aqua Painters and buttons.

Stamp a Stack Card Kits

I have decided to offer the cards from my Stamp a Stack of Christmas Cards class in the form of a kit. Mind you, it will not include adhesives, punches, or stamps, although all those items can be purchased through me. In fact, I'll even offer a 20% discount on the stamp sets. I will have to charge for shipping, however, unless you are able to pick the kit up. So, purchase the pre-cut card stock, ribbons and brads for $15 a set - that's enough for 3 copies of each of the 4 designs for a total of 12 cards. The stamp sets needed to complete all designs are: Berry Christmas (116509, $22.95 for $20.65) Delightful Decorations (116517, $21.95 for $19.75) Serene Snowflakes (115438, $20.95 for $18.85) Snow Swirled (111690, $24.95 for $22.45) You will also need snail adhesive (104332, $6.95), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430, $3.95), and Mini Glue Dots (103683, $4.95). The Ornament punch makes it so much easier to cut out those stamped ornaments (116794, $15.95)! Finally, you'll ...
