Cherish the New!

I've been playing with some of my new stamp sets. I made two cards with this image, but my scanner won't work on the other card and my camera's batteries are dead, so I'm going ahead and posting this card. The other card included watercolors, but I really wanted to see how a card would look without any extra color. It took time to water color and sometimes I don't have time for that. Since I haven't used Perfect Plum in a while and since I have struggled to use River Rock, I decided to try them together—and I love them!

I've had the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set, along with the coordinating punches, for a while, but only recently purchased the clear buttons in the same shapes. So I stamped one of the flower images twice and the butterfly image once, then punched them out and adhered them to the card with my 2-way glue pen. I then matched the buttons to the shapes and added them with glue dots. There's even room for a Teeny Tiny Wish, should I decide I want one.
