Countryside

Another card we stamped at our Grand Achievers Day hosted by Aly Schilling incorporated various textures with the Countryside stamp set (Wood set, 116986, $22.95; Clear Mount set, 120486, $16.95).

The card itself is Cajun Craze card stock, both smooth and textured. We cut Deck the Halls fabric (121716, $9.95, 3 fat quarters) with the Top Note Bigz Die (113463, $21.95) for the Big Shot--but not until we adhered it to the Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet (120805, $14.95 for a dozen 12"x12" sheets). Both the fabric and the adhesive sheets are found in the Holiday Mini Catalog, as is the Big Designer Button (121002, $8.95, 48 pieces). This button is threaded with Hemp Twine (100982, $2.95, 12 yards) and attached with a Mini Glue Dot to a narrow strip of Cherry Cobbler card stock. Images from the Countryside stamp set are stamped with Basic Black Classic Ink on Sahara Sand and Always Artichoke card stock. The piece of Twill Tape (119970, $5.95, 10 yards) adds another texture when it is fastened with a brad from the Regals Collection (119737, $6.95, 120 brads). And, of course, we can't forget the Curly Label punch used for the image of the rooster (119851, $16.95). Notice how well its shape coordinates with the shape of the Top Note Bigz Die.
