Painted Seasons and Sweet Storybook Come Together

When I saw this sheet of Designer Series Paper in the Painted Seasons bundle, I immediately thought of the mushroom in the Sweet Storybook stamp set. Admittedly, separating the mouse and the grass from the single stamp presented a challenge.  I used some post-it notes to help me cover up those areas where I did not want ink. The hardest was inking only the grass so I could add more to my "picture".   I used Early Espresso ink to stamp all the outlines. The mushroom cap is Poppy Parade and the mouse is filled in with Crumb Cake.

I added a little shading to the mushroom using the light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends. I also added Call Me Clover color to the grass with a Stampin' Write Marker.

Just a reminder that SAB ordering time is over but the ideas keep coming!
