Rich Sympathy

Why is it I am so in need of sympathy cards? The need seems to go in seasons, but the need is very real. I take pleasure in creating cards that bring pleasure in the midst of sorrow.

This card was actually an extra card kit from last year's fall stamping retreat that was never made up, so the designer series paper is discontinued. However, we do have other dsp that will work just as well and it is on sale this month from Stampin' Up! Just purchase three packs of dsp and get a fourth pack free. The specialty papers are not included, but there are still 14 left to choose from, including the Nautical Expedition dsp from the Summer Mini Catalog, which expires August 31st. I fear the 1¼" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon is no longer available in Rich Razzleberry. You could try Cherry Cobbler in its place.

At least the Fabulous Florets stamp set is still available, as is the Eyelet Border punch. Notice the special effect created by inserting the Clear Rhinestone Brad into the Rich Razzleberry button. I simply spread the prongs so I could put one in each hole. How fun is that!
