"Glitterfly"

Playing with paper once again! This card is so simple--and I could see adorning a scrapbook page wtih this same butterfly. Just designer series paper, crochet trim and glitter. I fear the chunky green glitter is no longer available, but you could always substitute White or Silver Chunky Essentials glitter for the green. I used the 2-way glue pen to apply the glitter.

Actually, I got the idea when I was in my local craft store and saw some glittery butterflies on display in the scrapbook section. I realized how easy it would be to make one to fit my choice of colors simply using the Big Shot and the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die. Of course, I popped the wings with dimensionals... But I wanted something special for the body and antennae, so I chose the Chantilly Crochet Trim. The card base is Very Vanilla card stock.
